The 26-story Trinity Commons tower features 317,288 square feet of Class A Financial District office space, as well as roughly 100,000 square feet of retail space. Owned by Trinity Real Estate and managed by JLL, 107 Greenwich Street also incorporates an expansive rooftop terrace, an in-lobby cafe, conferencing and event space, and bicycle storage at the basement level. Security features include 24/7 manned access, CCTV, and card access systems. Interiors were designed by MKDA.

107 Greenwich Street houses Trinity Church staff, a Parish Hall, a full-size gymnasium, and other public gathering spaces. The other office floors are available for rent.
