The tower replaces the former Gothic Revival parish house of Trinity Church, which was demolished in 2016. The new tower now serves as headquarters for the church and includes public space and a plethora of tenant amenities. 107 Greenwich Street, the office portion of the project dubbed Trinity Commons or 76 Trinity Place, features Class A office space, as well as ground-floor retail space in the heart of the Financial District.

Owned by Trinity Real Estate and managed by JLL, 107 Greenwich Street also incorporates an expansive rooftop terrace, an in-lobby cafe, conferencing and event space, and bicycle storage at the basement level. Security features include 24/7 manned access, CCTV, and card access systems. Interiors were designed by MKDA.
